The Speaker added a Transportation Committee referral for the                                                                   
following:                                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 64                                                                                                          
     "An Act relating to permanent motor vehicle registration; and                                                              
     providing for an effective date."                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
HB 64 was removed from the Finance Committee and referred to the                                                                
Transportation Committee.
